Our Logistics
ПWhen ordering from 790 UAH, we pick up and deliver your carpets to the same address for FREE. We do this five days a week from Tuesday to Sunday. We draw up an Act of Acceptance/Transfer of Property for the cleaning period. We notify you of the time of arrival the day before, after 6 p.m. Return in 7 days. For small carpets there is 👇

Technologist Consultation
The technologist in the workshop inspects each carpet, takes measurements, and determines the cleaning procedure for each carpet. If necessary, provides advice on carpets that have cleaning restrictions or require coordination of cleaning options.

Dust removal
Using a beating machine and other equipment, the carpet will be dusted in the best possible way. Up to a thousand blows will be made on the back of the carpet with leather straps, and the front part will be cleaned with a roller brush.

Stain Removal
Using stain removers and technical equipment, we work to remove stains. We do not guarantee removal. The ability to remove stains is significantly affected by the material the carpet is made of, the nature of the contamination, and how long ago the contamination was applied. Removal of particularly heavy contamination such as chewing gum, wax, plasticine, slime, and lizun is an additional service.

Carpet Cleaning
Based on the manufacturer's recommendations and cleaning options agreed upon with the customer, we select a detergent and brushes for washing or "dry" cleaning for each product. After that, we clean the carpet using cleaning equipment.

Rinse and spin
Carpets that have been washed using a centrifuge will be rinsed in 120 liters of water, and if necessary, rinsing will be done several times. After which the carpet will be squeezed out as much as possible using centrifugal force. (as in a regular washing machine)

Quick drying
Carpets are dried in a suspended state on 100 mm pipes in carpet drying chambers. Drying is carried out by maintaining a temperature of 30 - 40 degrees, powerful air dehumidifiers, and fans.

Final preparation
After drying, residual moisture is controlled. Cleaning quality control. Dry cleaning with a vacuum cleaner and other means for removing fur and hair. Packaging in a bag for transportation.

Logistics outside the city of Kyiv. Pick up 10 UAH per km. Deliver -10 UAH per km.
The minimum order value with free delivery (CARPETS) is 790 UAH.
The minimum order value with free delivery (CARPETS+TEXTILES, or TEXTILES) is 1200 UAH.
The day before the pick-up or delivery date, between 6 pm and 9 pm, we inform customers about the scheduled arrival time. Upon receipt of confirmation of the expected time, on the day when the delivery is organized, the transfer at the initiative of the Customer cancels the free delivery. Arrival on the postponed day - 250 UAH
Reception/delivery of products is carried out at the request of the client in the apartment, office, etc.
The products must be freed from the furniture that is in their possession. It is not worth twisting and vacuuming them, as they must be inspected to indicate their condition in the Act. If it is impossible to inspect them upon delivery, we are not responsible for damage that will be discovered upon delivery
A Transfer of Property Acceptance Act is drawn up for the transfer for the cleaning period
Payment after checking the quality of cleaning
In case of complications with delivery to/from the car to the Customer's location: - there is no elevator, or the elevator does not work, or the products do not fit in it, descent/ascent to a floor without an elevator: to the 3rd floor - 60 UAH, each subsequent + 20 UAH. but not higher than the 9th floor.
